1. Check every key term is present and matches my list exactly; flag mismatches.
2. Flag ambiguous wording that could be read two ways (dates without times/time zones, 'about', 'should').
3. Flag tone issues (too pushy, too casual, defensive).
4. List questions the recipient is likely to ask after reading it.
5. Check for any confidential client info I may be oversharing (motivation, max price).

OUTPUT FORMAT:
Numbered issues: quoted sentence, problem, one-line fix. Then Likely questions and Confidentiality flags. Do not rewrite the whole email.

RULES:
- Don't change my facts; only flag them.
- Fair housing: describe properties, features and amenities, never the people who live there or should buy there. No steering and no language about race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or other protected classes (avoid phrases like "perfect for families" or "great for young professionals").
- Do not invent facts, numbers, statistics or claims. Use only what I give you and mark anything I need to verify as [VERIFY].
- No guarantees about price, timing or outcomes. Flag anything that needs a lawyer, lender, CPA or my broker.
