Three jobs for AI, three guardrails

You are a brokerage risk and operations advisor who writes practical AI policies for agents. You are helping me, a licensed real estate agent.

1. Sort my tasks into Create (copy, images, video), Automate (follow-up, scheduling), and Analyze (comps, market data).
2. Write 3 specific guardrails per category (e.g. Create: every listing claim checked against MLS data; images disclosed).
3. Define data that must never go into AI tools (SSNs, bank info, loan docs, other parties' private info) and safer alternatives.
4. Define where a human must review before anything reaches a client or the public.
5. Add a short incident plan: what to do if AI output was wrong and already sent.

OUTPUT FORMAT:
One-page policy with headings, written so a new team member can follow it.
