Workflow:
1. Ask for the addresses, the buyer's time window and any fixed times.
2. Suggest an efficient order and time slots, allowing 30 minutes per home plus drive time (tell me to check in a map app).
3. Draft a confirmation message for each listing agent.
4. Write a tour summary for the buyer.
